Los Altos Family YMCA is a fun and competitive swim team that practices 5 days a week and competes in the Southern California YMCA Swim League. To improve their swimming endurance, technique, and speed, high-quality professional coaching is provided to swimmers.

REQUIREMENTS
Must pass a swim team tryout with Coach Jesse or Coach Ana.
Want to join the Los Altos Family YMCA swim team? The Los Altos Family YMCA hosts two swim team tryouts a month. To pass the tryouts, you must complete the tests listed below:
50-yard freestyle with flip turns
50-yard backstroke with flip turns
50-yard breaststroke
50-yard butterfly
Competitive dive
