Ages 6 months–2
Infants and toddlers are introduced to the water. Parents can work with their children to build fundamental swimming and water safety skills.
Ages 3–12
In stage 1, participants build confidence with underwater exploration and learn how to safely exit if they fall into a body of water. This stage lays the foundation for their progression in swimming.

Ages 3–12
In stage 2, participants focus on body position, control, directional changes, and forward movement in the water. They also practice how to safely exit if they fall into a body of water.

Ages 3–12
In stage 3, participants learn to swim a greater distance after falling into a body of water. This stage also introduces rhythmic breathing while coordinating arm and leg movements.

Ages 3–12
In stage 4, participants are introduced to the front and back crawl techniques, breaststroke, and butterfly kick. This stage also emphasizes water safety skills, including treading water and the elementary backstroke.
Ages 6–12
In stage 5, participants will develop their stroke techniques and learn all major competitive strokes. This stage also focuses on water safety skills, including treading water and the sidestroke.
Ages 6–12
In stage 6, participants will refine their stroke techniques and learn all major competitive strokes. This stage also focuses on water safety skills, including treading water and the sidestroke.
Ages 13+
Our certified swim instructors provide support to help participants reach their swimming goals. Whether learning to swim for the first time or working to improve technique and endurance, these lessons welcome swimmers of all levels.
