Group exercise classes are highly motivating and a great way to make friends while getting an excellent workout. We are proud to offer 40+ classes per week, varying from stretch and relaxation yoga classes to high-impact, high-energy kick boxing classes. We also offer classes designed primarily for seniors or those requiring a low to no impact workout. No registration or sign-up is needed to participate in a class, just show up ready to sweat!

Mind & Body

Yoga(Adults Only)

Move fluidly through postures as the flow of your breath deepens your mind and body connection. The movements combine stretching and strengthening to increase flexibility. This class will relax your body and you will leave feeling refreshed and invigorated.

Pilates(Adults Only)

Pilates is a form of exercise which emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength and flexibility. It is beneficial for a wide range of people. Athletes, dancers, seniors and those who want to become leaner and stronger will benefit from attending this class.

Strength & Conditioning

Total Body Workout (TBW)

Challenge yourself to an ultimate workout filled with energy  Build and sculpt muscles from upper and lower body, strengthen your core, improve your strength and flexibility while burning fat and calories. You will gain strength, balance, flexibility and endurance while focusing on total body health. This workout can be modified for all fitness levels.

Calorie Crusher

This class is designed to help lose body fat, increase cardiovascular endurance and increase strength by using a variety of exercises.

Forever Fit

Forever Fit aims to help seniors move better, feel better, and experience an overall better quality of life when they exercise. Increase your strength and flexibility, as well as preserve and add lean muscle mass by taking this class.


Step and Sculpt

A high intensity class that burns calories without a great deal of impact and stress on the joints. Class consists of cardio and total body conditioning.


High Intensity Interval Training will build up your cardio and muscle endurance while also drastically increasing your metabolism, which helps blast unnecessary calories and fat. What are you waiting for? H.I.I.T. it!

Cardio Circuit

Circuit training is a great boredom buster. Moving quickly from one exercise to the next means your mind doesn't have time to wander or tune out. Sculpt every muscle and blast fat with this step-by-step workout. Cardio Circuit combines cardio and strength moves that will blast fat and sculpt muscle!



This cardio class uses a mix of Latin & International music to create a dynamic, fun & effective workout. This class is designed to utilize an interval-training format, combining various rhythms with movements that tone & sculpt the body.

Zumba Toning

This class combines all of the great benefits of Zumba while incorporating light weights for an overall body toning experience.


Aqua Fit

A safe and effective cardio training in the pool. This class is for men and women of all fitness levels and ages. This class offers an overall mobility stretching, aerobics and strengthening workout. Shallow water exercises and no swimming required.

Aqua Turbo Fit

Get your cardio in the pool! This class is for men and women of all fitness levels and ages. This class offers aerobics and strengthening workout. Shallow water exercises and no swimming required.

Kids & Family Friendly

Fun Family Fitness

Join your kids and have a great workout as a family. Every week will be a different circuit. Get fit as a family and have fun doing it. Family exercise will improve the health of your loved ones, make exercise more fun, and at the same time develop stronger connections between all of you. With a little creativity, you can find a way to make it work for everyone.
