
Aquatics Luau

Celebrate the start of summer with a fun and relaxing evening! Swim in the pool, enjoy delicious food, and connect with other families in our community.
- Inflatables, including, but not limited to, water wings, inner tubes, and life jackets, are not permitted in the pool. Coast Guard-approved life jackets are available to borrow upon request.
- Sharing lanes is required when swimmers occupy all available lanes. Please expect circle swimming if three or more people are sharing a lane.
- No deck changing! Changing is only allowed in the locker rooms or the pinstripe changing tents.
- Proper swim attire is required in the pool at all times. Jeans, leggings, undergarments, and street clothes are not allowed in the pool. Swim shorts must have a drawstring.
- All children under the age of 14 are required to take and pass a swim test to swim unaccompanied by an adult.
- No food, gum, or glass is permitted on the pool deck or locker rooms. Water bottles for lap swimming are allowed.
- Starting blocks are not for use during lap or recreation swim.
- No recreational swimming, non-YMCA-conducted swim lessons, or coaching is permitted during water aerobics, lap swimming, swim lessons, or swim team.
- No rough play is permitted, including but not limited to piggyback rides, throwing children in the air, and games with physical contact.
- The lifeguard is always in charge and has the right to refuse service to participants not following pool rules.
