FOR A BETTER US.

Here at the Y we actively promote a culture free of bias and injustice. Together, we celebrate cultural differences and welcome unique diverse perspectives by creating an inclusive and safe environment for staff, members, and participants. We support all gender identities, and backgrounds regardless of faith, age, ability, or race which gives us the opportunity to empower a better tomorrow.

GET CONNECTED THROUGH PROGRAMS!

One reason a Y membership is such a great value is the large variety of free classes. Some specialty programs have an additional fee and require registration, such as swim lessons, sports leagues, group training, summer camp, and others. Learn more about our current programs below!

ANNUAL CAMPAIGN

When you give to the Y, you're supporting a community committed daily to helping everyone be better through programs focused on Youth Development, Healthy Living, and Social Responsibility.

DAY CAMP

At the Y, children can create unforgettable memories through fun activities and character-building adventures.

CHILDCARE

The values and skills learned early in life are vital building blocks for successful adulthood. The Y helps children learn, grow, and develop social skills in a safe, nurturing environment.

HEALTH & WELLNESS

The Y is committed to helping you achieve your health and fitness goals. Not only are you supported by our staff, but a whole community dedicated to helping you learn new things, explore new activities, and discover yourself at any stage in your life.

SWIMMING

Swimming at the Y allows people to thrive in and out of water. We focus on providing a safe environment for all ages and abilities through swimming lessons, swim teams, lap swimming, and more.

SPORTS

The Y allows children to discover their passion, build fundamental skills, and establish healthy sportsmanship behavior on and off the field.

EQUIPMENT ORIENTATION POLICY

Any member between the ages of 7-12 is eligible and required to receive an equipment orientation. They are only allowed to use cardio equipment, including the treadmill, upright bike, recumbent bike, elliptical, stair stepper, and stair master. In addition, they must always be supervised by a parent/guardian.

Any member ages 13+ must also go through an orientation to be allowed to use cardio and all of our strength equipment. They can come to the gym independently and are not required to have a parent/guardian present. They can receive a member ID with a barcode to check in alone.
