Interested in keeping fit as a family? Children 7+ who have completed a fitness orientation can use the Cardio & Strength Center with a parent/guardian and young members 13+ who have completed an orientation may use the Free Weight Room. See the Welcome Center to sign up for an orientation!
Group exercise classes are highly motivating and a great way to make friends while getting an excellent workout. We are proud to offer 40 classes per week including stretch and relaxation yoga classes, varying cardio classes, studio cycling, water exercise, and more! We also offer classes designed primarily for seniors or those requiring a low to no impact workout. No registration or sign-up is needed to participate in a class, just show up ready to sweat!

Our certified personal trainers use their knowledge of current research concepts, methods of sound exercise principles and a variety of different equipment to guide you to your fitness goals. Based on your health and individual needs, the personal trainer designs and implements a program tailored just for you.
