The Los Cerritos YMCA has partnered with Bellflower Unified School District to offer FREE Morning Childcare for 10 Bellflower Schools.

Registration
Space is limited and based on a first-come, first-served basis and level of need. Please visit the link below to register.
1. Fill out the interest list form: INTEREST FORM
2. Our Admin team will email you a registration packet. The registration packet MUST be completed and turned in prior to beginning the program.
3. Once the registration packet is complete, our Admin team will email you specific information where to drop off your child and your child's Site Lead.
If the school you listed is full, your child will be placed on a waiting list and you will receive an email notification. Once a spot has become available, our office will give you a call.
AFTER SCHOOL CHILDCARE PROGRAM
Our high-quality TK to 6th grade program includes homework help, academic enrichment activities, games, sports, arts and crafts, reading, and special clubs. Our program also offers a wonderful opportunity for your child to build friendships and practice the four core values of the Y: caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility.

Registration
Priority Registration will open on March 18th for CURRENT participants. Please contact our office at 562.925.1292 to make an appointment to come in-house to register.
Open Enrollment will begin on May 1st.
Online registration will open on May 1st. Registration is first come, first serve basis.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
Financial assistance for our Day Camp programs is available to those who qualify. Applications are open for pick-up at our branch office and can be downloaded online. The Los Cerritos YMCA requires proof of household income with all applications and has the right to modify assistance depending on funding availability. In addition, please be sure to get your application in early, as it may take up to two weeks to process. Financial Aid applications must be submitted in person to our front desk or emailed to Michele Janssen at Michele.Janssen@LBymca.org. Also, we cannot apply for financial assistance for a past registration. Please refrain from registering until you have been notified about your application status. THIRD-PARTY
The Los Cerritos YMCA requires all third-party participants to have a CURRENT certificate that establishes the Los Cerritos YMCA as their desired childcare provider. If you are approved through a third-party agency, that does not mean you will automatically be enrolled in the programs. You must contact our office at 562.925.1292 to confirm availability and start date. Also, all paperwork must be turned in before starting our programs. All certifications MUST get sent to our main office By the provider, OR your specialist may contact our office for approval. WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY PROOF OF ELIGIBILITY FROM THE PARENT.
