Talented students from Millikan High School will provide music that will touch your soul, and there will also be presentations by respected community members, including W. Henry Walker, Arline Walter, Steve Keesal, Rev. Dr. Phyllis Hayes-Reams, Theresa Cornwell, Brian Russell and Alfredo Velasco.
