Intro to Sports
Explore, play, and find your game! Our Intro to Sports program introduces participants to a variety of sports, including:
- Baseball
- Flag Football
- Lacrosse
- Pickleball
Participants will learn the basic rules, techniques, and strategies of each sport in a fun and supportive environment.
