GROUP EXERCISE

Group exercise classes are highly motivating and a great way to make friends while getting an excellent workout. We are proud to offer 40+ classes per week, varying from stretch and relaxation yoga classes to high-impact, high-energy kick boxing classes. We also offer classes designed primarily for seniors or those requiring a low to no impact workout. No registration or sign-up is needed to participate in a class, just show up ready to sweat!
