Assets and YMCA Programs

We have always known that YMCA programs have a positive impact on young people. Now, thanks to the Search Institute, we have ways to measure that impact. Assets are 40 attributes identified by The Search Institute as key building blocks to help kids succeed. Assets are positive experiences and qualities that help young people make wise decisions, choose positive paths and grow to be caring, competent and responsible..
