SWIM LESSONS


SKIP

In this class we hope to work past any fear issues in preparation to learn the skills to swim. This class is designed for parents and their young children.

PIKE

This class is for beginners 3-5 yrs. old. This class sets the stage for learning to swim.

EEL

This class is for children 3-5 yrs. that can propel themselves unassisted at least 5 ft.. The children in the EEL level are comfortable in the water.

RAY

This class is for children 3-5 yrs. that can propel themselves unassisted at least 15ft. (almost the width of the pool). They work in deep water and it also prepares the child to swim laps

POLLIWOG

This is a class for OLDER BEGINNERS (6-12 yrs). This class sets the stage for learning to swim for older beginners.

GUPPY

ADVANCED BEGINNERS This class is for children 6-12 yrs. that are comfortable in deep water.

MINNOW

INTERMEDIATE SWIMMERS (6-12 yrs.) This class sets the stage for competitive swimming that is intended for children that can swim 25 yrds.

FISH/FLY

ADVANCED INTERMEDIATE SWIMMERS (6-13 yrs.) This class is for children that can swim 50 yrds.

SHARK

ADVANCED SWIMMERS (6-14 yrs.) This class is intended for advanced swimmers that will teach them advanced competitive techniques and water rescue procedures.

Teen/Adult

This class is intended for teenagers and adults that would like to improve on any aspect of their swimming. The class teaches both beginning and advanced techniques
