GROUP EXERCISE CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

AQUA FIT:
Stay cool and have fun with a complete body workout in the water. Tones and strengthen your muscles without stress to bones and muscles experienced on dry land. (Great for all levels; cardio and strength)

BODY SCULPTING:
An overall body workout using tubing, hand weights, stability balls, and mats. Move to the music while improving your muscle tone and endurance. (Great for all levels; toning, strength, and flexibility)

CARDIO BOSU:
You will sweat in this class while learning to balance on an unfamiliar surface. This class will help improve cardiovascular endurance and anaerobic activities. Toning the muscles while keeping your heart rate working is the goal of this class.

CARDIO KICKBOXING:
Come and enjoy this high intensity cardio workout. You will learn all the major kicks and punches that are associated with kickboxing. This class is fun and you will love the benefits you will discover from this class.

FALL PROOF & BALANCE:
Did you know that 80% of falls in our over 55 population result in hospitalization or worse? Reduce your risk of falling by improving your kinesthetic receptors, and gain back your confidence in balance. You will focus on stability, balance, hand-eye coordination, leg strength and body awareness. (Great for Seniors-balance and stability confidence, 45 min)

HARD CORE ABS:
Try this amazing class that will increase your core strength in a short 30 minute time period. Focus will be on the abdominal and lower back. (Great for all levels-strength)

KID FIT:
Class is designed specially for children ages 6-12 years old. The goal of this class is to teach children to have fun while learning about fitness. Games, high intensity activities, push ups, sit ups, and tons of other fun filled fitness components will be in this class.

PILATES (mat):
In the Stott Pilate’s method, gain core stabilization, flexibility, and strength, along with mind/body connection and an awareness of overall body posture. (Great for all levels-strength and flexibility)

SENIOR SCULPT:
Enjoy music and a social atmosphere while improving your fitness level. Move from station to station performing a balanced selection of full body exercises for one minute. (Great for all levels; cardio and strength, 45 min)

SPIN:
Ever wanted to ride as a group, this is your chance to experience a calorie burning class while listening to great music. (55minutes) (Great for all levels)

TAE KWON DO:
Improve self-esteem, confidence, and discipline. Learn self-defense and improve body, mind, and spirit. (additional monthly fee)

YOGA:
Move fluidly through postures as the flow of your breath deepens your mind/body connection. The movements combine stretching and strengthening to increase flexibility and relax your body. You’ll leave feeling refreshed and invigorated. (Great for all levels; strength and flexibility)
