Whether it's through singing or swimming, through nature hikes or computer classes, counselors at YMCA day and overnight camps have led kids in developing good values -- and having fun -- for more than 110 summers.

At the Weingart-Lakewood Family YMCA, we offer quality day camp programs with a wide variety of activities everyday. Each program week is filled with fun and exciting adventures, which may include:

* Recreational Swimming
*Character Development
*Arts & Crafts
*Special Events
*Outdoor Nature Study
*Sports & Group Games
*Field Trips

YMCA Camp programs provide positive experiences in a structured enviroment for your child plus excellent child care for the working parent.

The YMCA is committed to providing a staff of well-trained counselors to the development of self-reliance and personal growth of each child. With a low camper/counselor ratio, combined with an emphasis on safety and the well being of each child, campers will experience an atmosphere of fun they remember for years to come.
