GROUP EXERCISE

Group exercise classes are highly motivating and a great way to make friends while getting an excellent workout. The Downtown Y is proud to offer 40+ classes per week, varying from stretch and relaxation classes to high-impact, high-energy cardio classes.  All of our classes are included with the price on your membership, so show up and be ready to sweat!

*Zumba classes may require a sign in sheet during peak hours.
